• Files are retained for 30 days by default, with optional extensions up to 180 days.
• Users may request deletion of files at any time.
• Postmarkly takes reasonable precautions to safeguard your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Mail Delivery

We rely on third-party carriers (primarily USPS) to fulfill deliveries. While we provide tracking where applicable, we do not guarantee delivery dates or outcomes. Delays or failures caused by the postal carrier are outside our control.

7. Service Limitations

We do not guarantee:

• Acceptance of mailed content by the recipient
• Legal enforceability of delivery proof in every jurisdiction
• Continuous or error-free service operation

Postmarkly may update, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality of the Service is owned by Postmarkly and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also delete your account at any time.
